How to use:

Before applying the eyeliner, you should apply a primer to the lined eyes, so that the eyeliner stays on for a longer time and so that the eyeliner does not spread and run on the eyelids. After the primer, draw a thin line of eyeliner on the upper eyelid until the end of the eye is reached before the outer arc of it.
